Whitening

The teeth whitening gives a more healthy and well-being. The outcome is variable and depends on age, skin tone and integrity of the tooth. All types of whitening follow the same principle: the Action of a gel (carbamide peroxide or hydrogen) at different concentrations, which releases oxygen, and this changes the color of the tooth because it breaks the molecules of the pigments causing browning. The gel is not abrasive or weaken the teeth. The treatment is contraindicated for pregnant women, infants, adolescents with incomplete root formation, allergic to any component of the formula, sensitive teeth or enamel hypoplasia. During the whitening should avoid eating foods that have high amount of dye (coffee, sodas, red wine and others).
